I took this photo on August 18, 2018, just about two weeks after the time Mars’ closest approach to Earth. I saw a red light was about to go down on the horizon, and it took me for a few seconds to recognize the star was Mars.
火星が大接近を果たした2週間後、2018年8月18日撮影。
房総の沖合を見ると雲間に赤い光が揺れ、火星の光だと判明するまで少し時間がかかりました。
